Quantitative Evaluation of the Integrity of Natural Ecosystems and Anthropogenic Impacts in Shennongjia National Park, China

China launched its pilot national park system in 2015, and Shennongjia National Park has attracted much attention as one of the first batch parks. The primary goal construction is to effectively protect integrity authenticity nationally important natural ecosystems. Based on theory landscape ecology, this study interpreted data from high-resolution remote sensing images used pattern analysis, spatial correlation geographic weighted regression analysis quantitatively evaluate ecosystems at scale. A more accurate operable calculation method was proposed analyze variation ecosystem explore scope intensity impact different anthropogenic activities integrity. results showed that: (1) perspective distribution patterns integrity, degree generally high, with an index value 96.06, proportion high-integrity areas accounted for 72.38%. strict protection zone 98.83, low-integrity area only 0.01% zone, which mainly distributed main urban nearby townships along highways park, well other intensive activities. (2) From population density (0.3344), traffic accessibility (0.2389), traditional utilization (0.1101), industrial mining (0.0095) were, descending order, most impactful, there no significant between ecotourism (3) range had largest impact, accounting 19.71% total park. affected by 1.52%. Industrial influence 4.75%, 9.28%. Through conducting quantitative research into Park, provides a new paradigm conservation sustainable development resources protected areas, great significance sensible management.
